Looper record new material

Looper returned to the recording studios in late December 2009. As a result of this session, a five track EP will be available in March. The EP has the title ‘Exotic Bird Song’. The track listings are as follows:

1: Mudstuck
2: A Source of Heat
3: Had certain spark
4: Freak Fever
5: Hold on to Money

As with their previous albums, Exotic Bird Song was recorded at Glastonbury’s Chicken Shed Studios with engineer/producer Mark Bowyer.

Artwork for the EP includes images of exotic birds taken from collectors’ cards issued with packets of tea in 1961.
